This application is for Almotanabbi Arabic classic poems (in Arabic Language). It is founded by The Poet Mohammed Ahmed Khalifa Al-Sowaidi.
Al-Motanabbi was born in Kufah(Iraq) in 915 AD, He is considered as one of the greatest poets in the Arabic language.
Roadmap: Adding offline version (doesn't require Internet connection)
Please send me any feature you would like to see in the application, and I will work on adding it :)
The contents of the application:
1. 323 poems
2. 5590 poem lines
3. 38189 explanations for the poem lines
4. around 500 keywords (and their meanings)
All comments/feedback/suggestions are welcome :), I appreciate if you give me a good feedback to help improving the application.
Ultimately is to make all the features in http://www.almotanabbi.com website available on this application.
Product is not final and it might have some problems.

واحة المتنبي موقع متخصص في جانب مهم من الشعر والأدب العربي، مؤسسه وراعيه الشاعر محمد أحمد السويدي. هدفه الأول أن يكون واحة تضم كل ما له صلة بأبي الطيب المتنبي من معلومات. ينقلك إلى جميع ما كتبه من قصائد، وقد تم تدعيمها بعشرات الشروح القديمة والحديثة. تتعرف من خلاله على سيرة حياة شاعر الحكمة وفلسفة الحياة المليئة بالطموحات والمغامرات، وتستطيع أن تقرأ أشهر المقالات المثيرة عنه، وتسبر غور القصص المشوقة المرتبطة به وبالعصر الذي عاش فيه من خلال: "يوميات دير العاقول".
شرعت القرية الإلكترونية، في أبو ظبي- الإمارات العربية المتحدة، في بناء الموقع مع مطلع العام 2006، و أطلقته في بداية العام 2007، ومازالت تتولى تطويره حتى هذه اللحظة.
